Clair Juven – Return & Exchange Policy

At Clair Juven, we stand behind the quality of our eyewear and want every customer to feel confident and comfortable with their purchase. Please review the guidelines below for our warranty, returns, and exchange services.


365-Day Warranty

All Clair Juven eyewear is covered by a 365-day warranty from the date you receive your order. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents
  • Negligence or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear

If you believe your eyewear has a manufacturing defect, please contact our team hello@clairjuven.com with photos and your order details.


90-Day Return & Exchange Policy

If your eyewear isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 90 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees apply to returns or exchanges.
  • Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.
  • Items sent as an exchange are not eligible for a second return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Support Team
    Please email our customer care team hello@clairjuven.com with your order number and the issue you’re experiencing. Photos may be required for damaged or defective items.
  2. Select Your Service
    Let us know whether you prefer an exchange or a refund.
    For damaged or defective products, photos are required.
  3. Follow Our Instructions
    A Clair Juven representative will respond within 24 hours on weekdays (or 48 hours on weekends) with next steps and return instructions.

If Your Glasses Feel Uncomfortable

If your new eyewear feels uncomfortable or your vision isn’t clear:

  • Please send us the detail to hello@clairjuven.com.
  • If the prescription was entered correctly, we’ll guide you through common adjustment tips to help with adaptation.

Clair Juven’s Responsibility

Damaged on Arrival

If your eyewear arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost or provide a full refund. Please send:

  • Order number
  • Frame name or SKU
  • Photos of the damage

Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect frame, color, lens type, or prescription:

  • Send us photos of the item along with your order details We will correct the issue quickly and at no cost to you.

Missing Parts or Minor Defects

If your glasses arrive with missing components or small defects:

  • Send photos and your order details If the issue does not affect normal wear and you choose to keep the glasses, we can offer a voucher or partial refund as compensation.

Breakage Within 90 Days

If your eyewear breaks within 90 days due to a manufacturing fault:

  • We will remake and resend a new pair at no charge.
  • Alternatively, we can offer a voucher toward a new pair.

Your Responsibility

Frame Doesn’t Fit

If the frame size does not suit you:

  • Contact us within 90 days
  • We will provide a discount code toward a new pair You will be responsible for shipping and any price difference.

I Don’t Like the Style

If the color, style, or look isn’t right:

  • Contact us within 90 days
  • We can offer a discount code for a new pair
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees apply to returns or exchanges.

Important Information

  • Please contact Clair Juven Customer Support to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping anything back.
  • Frame colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.
  • Frame size markings on temples may differ by factory; always refer to the size listed on the product page.
  • We cannot offer replacement services on eyewear purchased outside of Clair Juven.
  • Home try-on service is currently unavailable.
  • Prices include any required taxes; tax portions cannot be refunded once an order has shipped.
