- Who Qualifies: Orders of $85.00 or more (before shipping fees).
- Shipping Type: Standard shipping only.
- No Extra Steps:No coupon code needed, discount applies automatically at checkout.
Most of standard shipping orders arrive within 7–14 days, depending on the countries. Some countries could on occasion take a few days longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number from our team.
If you’ve received an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched but you haven’t yet received it after 10 days, contact us and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

While we strive to provide seamless shipping, there are a few exceptional instances to note:
- Express Shipping Restrictions
Not available for P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. - Unavailable Shipping Countries
Not available to PS and AR. - Bulk Orders
Additional shipping costs may apply for orders with more than 20 pairs of glasses. - Delivery Delays
Additional time may be required in cases of
- Invalid or incomplete addresses
- Customs clearance delays
- Force majeure events (e.g., COVID-19, Natural Disasters, Acts of God)
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order please email hello@clairjuven.com and include your order number. Please note, if the cancelation request is made more than one hour after purchase we may not be able to honor the request, as our warehouse is super fast!
However, if we can't stop the shipment, don't worry, you have 90-days to return the order and we pay for return shipping.
Where's my refund?
